Nissan was looking for a way to build brand affinity and relevancy during CNY through the subtle feature of its 5 vehicle models.

Insight

Sibling rivalry during CNY is all too common but rarely depicted in ads. Also, squabbling over newly owned vehicles is common.

Execution

Conceptualised “My One Better Than Your One” – A story of two brothers and their families returning home for CNY, where they try to impress their parents by bragging about their vehicles. In the end, their parents brought everyone back to earth by teaching all of them the value of harmony and love. The campaign was also supported by social teasers and Facebook Canvas.
