Digital Account Manager

The Role

Kingdom Digital, one of the top digital agencies in Malaysia, has expanded to Singapore and we are building up a team to achieve our regional ambition. Based in Singapore and reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing relationships in Singapore. It would be a bonus if you can help identify new business opportunities working alongside the Business Development Director. As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll have a hands-on approach in managing day-to-day projects, while fostering partnerships with our clients.



  • Daily managing of on-going projects
  • Client servicing through face-to-face contact
  • Preparing sample visuals and value proving background information, as basis for recommending digital solutions
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Working closely with the Malaysian team in the development and execution of prospective clients’ proposals
  • Regular updates with the management team on leads & opportunities



  • At least 5 years’ experience working in advertising/creative/digital agency environment
  • Responsible, organised, with attention to detail
  • Good understanding of digital advertising, social, and content marketing
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and is self-driven to achieve results
  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
  • Passionate about the digital industry
  • Any thought-leadership content published and/or public speaking gigs in the past will be an added advantage
